One In The Chamber

One In the Chamber

The story follows a contract killer who has the ability to become a spirit that can command the will of inanimate objects and in the case of the contract killer they command their bullet. You play as the contract killer's spirit controlling the bullet to reach your target.

The player controls use a leap motion controller which allow for hand motions and gestures to control the player character. Before the bullet is shot off the player controls the contract killer, using the right hand the player can turn left and right to better position their shot and once the player is ready they clench their right hand into a fist to launch the bullet and their character’s spirit. Once the bullet is in the air the player controls the bullet with their right hand, to speed up and slow down they pinch their index finger and thumb on their left hand, clenching their left hand into a fist slows down time while clenching their right fist rewinds time.

The environment will consist of a few various buildings and a main road that wraps around the map. These buildings act as obstacles as well as pathways for the player to navigate through. Numerous interactable environment pieces are strewn about, these allow the player a new way to interact with the level and gives new gameplay opportunities to gain more points and new ways to kill contracts and extra targets. Also placed around the environment are various power ups that effect the player and effect the gameplay. The layout goes as follows, there are outer buildings that surround the playing field, on the bottom left corner of the map is the player spawn, the road follows close around the outer buildings making a U shape, on the inner section of the U shaped road are buildings that act as another route for the player, the buildings have open areas the the players can traverse through, there are extra targets and get power ups or interact with some of the interactable environmental pieces both inside the buildings and outside on the streets.
